Mindfulness practice is moving into the mainstream based on more than a 35-year history demonstrating its benefits to individuals in all walks of life.  Mindfulness workplace programmes are gaining recognition as an important contributor to building capabilities and skills relevant to today’s fast-changing working environment.  Establishing a mindfulness practice is a voluntary undertaking and research shows that this is achieved through qualified teacher-led programmes that include a number of criteria, including support for developing a practice.
